Shipping Methods

We offers two shipping methods:

Expedited Shipping
Our fastest option ships to all major destinations in 3 – 5 days.

Air Mail Shipping
The most affordable option ships to all major destinations in 7 – 15 days. The longer delivery time is necessary to offer you the lowest possible shipping fees. Notice that the total weight must be less than 2kg for this shipping option.

Shipping Fee

We offer free shipping worldwide for all orders you placed, there are two shipping methods we normally use depending on your order total. For order total less than USD 280.00, it will be shipped by air mail, and for order total above USD 280.00 (included), it will be shipped by expedited shipping.

Please note when your order contains more than one product, they may be shipped separately due to different warehouse inventory. There are no extra fees for separate delivery.

Shipping Time

Many factors contribute to delivery time. We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible within these time frames. Shipments may be affected by some irresistible factors. For specific information, please check the official notice.

  • The exact processing time depends on the item, usually it will take 1-2 business days after the payment is cleared.
  • It will take 4-15 days for the item to reach you depending on the shipping methods applied to your order, an email will be sent to you after the item being shipped.
  • Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Shipping Information

Please fill in your delivery address accurately. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.

The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However we are unable to change the shipping method or address once we ship your orders.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability. We are not responsible for the loss caused by incorrect address filling.

Tracking Your Package

You’ll receive an e-mail that confirms your order has been shipped with your shipment tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check your shipping information on freight carrier’s website that we will send to you in the email.

When you get your tracking number, it means your item(s) has already shipped. If there is no logistics information, it is because the system update is sometimes delayed, please check again later.

If the product has already been shipped, orders cannot be canceled. You can request a return for a refund after you receive the item. For returns policy, please click here.
